The SHY series multifunctional filtration, washing, and drying (three in one) machine is a multifunctional solid-liquid separation equipment that integrates filtration, washing, drying, stirring, reaction, and automatic slag removal. It is widely used in industries such as fine chemicals, pesticides, petroleum, food, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals, and has the following characteristics:
(1) Completely sealed filtration, no leakage, and no environmental pollution.
(2) Operate under pressure or vacuum to achieve solid-liquid separation. The filter cake is evenly distributed during filtration, and the solid-liquid separation effect is good.
(3) The lifting and stirring of the hydraulic control mixing system maximizes the slag holding space during filtration. The lifting and stirring of the mixing blades ensure that the filter cake and cleaning solution are fully mixed during cleaning, and the filter cake is thoroughly washed; Greatly reducing time and improving efficiency during drying.
(4) Hydraulic control of slag discharge valve, automatic scraping and discharging of slag by slag discharge system, reducing labor intensity.
(5) Especially suitable for filtration applications with high solid content, where liquid and solid phases are recovered and used separately.
(6) The filtration adopts metal microporous sintered plates or horizontally laid filter cloth, which is clean and thorough in one filtration without residual liquid, and the filtration accuracy is selected according to product requirements. The sealing structure of the filter cloth is unique, and the replacement of the filter cloth is convenient and fast.
(7) A corrosion-resistant three in one system made of special materials that can adapt to various corrosion-resistant media.

Filtering stage
Separation of product filter cake and mother liquor. The thickness of the filter cake can reach 400mm~500mm.
washing stage
The filter cake is further purified, and the residual mother liquor is washed and pre dehydrated. Mix the filter cake and washing solution layer by layer using a lifting mixer, and finally form a slurry suspension. The filter cake is thoroughly washed.

E. Mixing shaft: There are two types of shafts: solid and hollow. Solid shafts are used for mixing without heating. When the mixing blades need to heat and dry materials, the mixing shaft is a hollow shaft head with a rotating joint, providing an inlet and outlet channel for the heated medium.
F. The mixer can be straight or S-shaped, and can be equipped with or without a scraper depending on the material properties. The material can be heated according to the situation. The stirring blades are formed in the form of circular tubes and triangles, and the internal cavity can be filled with a heat transfer medium to heat the material during filtration and washing. Plays a major role in the drying process.
Drying stage
Dehydration and drying treatment of filter cake: While the filter cake is gradually scraped loose by the agitator, the side walls of the equipment, the bottom of the filter plate, and the moving stirring blades simultaneously heat the filter cake, and the moisture evaporates rapidly to achieve the drying effect. The evaporation rate is accelerated by the vacuum method inside the equipment, and the evaporated moisture is taken away by adding treated hot nitrogen and other media to accelerate the drying of the material and improve the drying effect.
Bottom plate structure: Main materials: SUS304 or 316L.
Filter material: filter cloth or metal sintered plate imported from Japan.
Filter aperture: Users can choose between 5um and 50um according to their needs.
Structure of the base plate
A. Fixed type: The chassis is welded to the equipment cylinder and has a heating system for heating and drying.
B、 Detachable: The chassis clamps the upper and lower flanges with clips to achieve a sealing effect. The chassis can be disassembled and landed with hydraulic cylinders. The lower part of the chassis is equipped with wheels for easy movement to clean the filter plate. The chassis is equipped with heating systems, one is a flow channel type and the other is a pipeline heating type. The filter plate is fixed with bolts from below the base plate to make it flat, and there are no bolts in the contact area with the product.
Unloading device: Dry materials are automatically discharged from the side discharge port by the reverse rotation of the mixing blade, and directly enter the packaging.
Discharge device: It is divided into manual control discharge valve and hydraulic control discharge valve. After the valve core is closed, the inner side matches the inner wall of the equipment cylinder, which does not affect the movement of the mixing inner side. The sealing of the discharge valve can adopt various sealing methods such as metal sealing. Sterilization treatment can be added to the discharge valve of products with sterile requirements. The discharge valve structure can be either fixed or quick opening.
